Refund policy

All products sold by Smog and Sprawl are made to order. As such, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds due to sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or change of preference.

However, we stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, such as a printing error or physical damage sustained during production or shipping, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

To initiate a claim, please contact us at returns@smogandsprawl.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Claims must include:

• A clear description of the issue
• Photographic evidence of the defect or damage
• Proof of purchase

Smog and Sprawl reserves the right to determine whether the item qualifies for a return or replacement.
